📦 レンタルパッケージについて
Q：月額レンタルには何が含まれていますか？
A：Fastpongタイル（FP02）、ネット付きFastpongロボット（FPRY02）、Fastpongモバイルアプリへのアクセスを含む、Fastpong FP02システム一式が含まれます。アプリのエンターテインメントモードとトレーニングモードの両方をご利用いただけます。
Q：月々の支払い方法を教えてください。
A：毎月末に、安全に決済できる支払いリンクをお送りします。クレジットカードまたは海外送金でお支払いいただけます。
📋 契約について
Q：最低レンタル期間はどのくらいですか？
A：最低レンタル期間は6か月です。その後は、1か月単位で契約が自動更新されます。
Q：解約するにはどうすればよいですか？
A：ユニットの返却を希望する日の1か月前までに、team@fastpong.comまでご連絡ください。最低レンタル期間の終了後は、解約手数料はかかりません。
Q：保証金は必要ですか？
A：保証金の有無および条件については、レンタルのお見積りと契約書に記載いたします。
Q：契約先はどの会社ですか？
A：現在の契約先は、韓国で登記されているFastpong Corp.です。将来的に日本法人を設立する可能性があります。
Q：契約にはどの国の法律が適用されますか？
A：契約には、日本法および韓国法が適用されます。

Q：契約後、納品までどのくらいかかりますか？
A：通常、契約締結後2～3週間でシステムを納品し、利用を開始できます。ただし、配送先や在庫状況によって納期が異なる場合があります。
Q：配送料はかかりますか？
A：配送料は配送先によって異なり、お見積りに記載いたします。
Q：自分で設置できますか？

Q：リモートで問題を解決できない場合はどうなりますか？
A：リモートで問題を解決できない場合は、お客様に追加費用をご負担いただくことなく、ユニットの修理または交換を手配します。
Q：システムが使用できない期間もレンタル料金が発生しますか？
A：技術的な不具合によってシステムを使用できない期間は、レンタル期間を一時停止します。そのような不具合による停止期間については、レンタル料金を請求いたしません。
Q：ソフトウェアとハードウェアのアップデートは含まれていますか？
A：はい。対象となるソフトウェアおよびハードウェアのアップデートは、レンタル期間を通じて提供されます。これにより、常に最新のサポート対象バージョンをご利用いただけます。
Q：システムが物理的に破損した場合はどうなりますか？
A：お客様と協力して破損した部品を特定し、その部品の交換価格に基づいて、最も費用を抑えられる解決方法をご提案します。影響を最小限に抑え、できる限り早くシステムを再稼働させることを目指します。

Q：どのような電源が必要ですか？
A：日本の一般的な100Vコンセントを使用します。特別な配線や電気工事は必要ありません。

A：Fastpongモバイルアプリを使用するには、インターネット接続が必要です。一般的なWi-Fi接続で十分です。
Q：設置にはどのくらいのスペースが必要ですか？

📦 About the Rental Package
Q: What is included in the monthly rental? A: The rental includes the full Fastpong FP02 system: Fastpong Tiles (FP02), Fastpong Robot with Net (FPRY02), and access to the Fastpong mobile app, including both Entertainment Mode and Training Mode.
Q: How is the monthly payment made? A: At the end of each month you will receive a secure payment link. Payment can be made by credit card or international bank transfer.
📋 About the Contract
Q: What is the minimum rental period? A: The minimum rental period is 6 months. After that, the contract continues month-to-month automatically.
Q: How do I cancel? A: Simply notify us (team@fastpong.com) at least one month before you wish to return the unit. There is no cancellation penalty after the minimum rental period.
Q: Is a security deposit required? Deposit requirements will be confirmed in your rental quotation and contract.
Q: Who is the contracting party? A: Contracts are currently made directly with Fastpong Corp., which is registered in South Korea. We may establish a Japanese entity in the future.
Q: Which law governs the contract? A: The contract is governed under both Japanese and Korean law.

Q: How long does delivery take after signing? A: The system is typically delivered and ready within two to three weeks after the agreement is signed. Delivery times may vary depending on location and availability.
Q: Is there a shipping fee? A: Shipping costs depend on the delivery location and will be included in your quotation.

🛠 Support & Maintenance
Q: What support do you offer? A: We provide remote support via email, messaging, and video call. If something goes wrong we will diagnose and work with you to resolve it online. Translation tools are used when necessary to support clear communication in Japanese.
Q: Is support available in Japanese? A: Our team currently operates primarily in English, but we use translation tools for written communication to provide support in Japanese. We are working on adding dedicated Japanese-language support in the future.
Q: What happens if the problem cannot be resolved remotely? A: If an issue cannot be resolved remotely, we will arrange repair or replacement of the unit at no cost to you.
Q: Do I pay rent during a period when the system is not working? A: The rental period will be paused during any downtime caused by a technical fault. You will not be charged for a period in which the system is not operational due to such a fault.
Q: Are software and hardware updates included? A: Yes. Applicable software and hardware updates are provided throughout the rental period, helping ensure that you have access the latest supported version of the system.
Q: What happens if the system is physically damaged? A: We will work with you to identify the affected components and find the most cost-effective solution based on their replacement value. Our goal is to minimise disruption and get the system operating again as quickly as possible.
⚡ Technical Requirements
Q: What power supply does the system require? A: The system uses a standard Japanese electrical outlet operating at 100V. No special wiring or installation is required.
Q: Does the system require internet access? A: The Fastpong mobile app requires an internet connection to function. A standard WiFi connection is sufficient.
Q: What space is required to install the system? A: The FP02 system is designed to work in a standard table tennis playing area. No special room modifications are required, although adequate space should be provided for players to move safely around the table.
