We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at team@fastpong.com.

Return of Goods

We guarantee everything we sell and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with one of our products, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, from the receipt of your order, you have 30 days right to withdrawal by requesting a return. You are entitled to withdrawal in full or in part irrespective of the reason. The return right expires after the passing of the aforementioned term.

Please note that in order to be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it: undamaged, unused and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All items returned that are not defective may be subject to a 15% restocking fee based on the full price of the item.

Also, note that you as a customer have the financial responsibility to pay for both the original and return shipping costs if you decide to return the goods to us.

Warranty

Manufacturer warrants to the original retail purchaser of this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from date of purchase. Fastpong provides a 2 year warranty for Fastpong device.

Hardware defects in the first year based on normal wear and tear qualify for a replacement parts. The defective parts can be sent to the Fastpong service department in Seoul, South Korea for repair. Return shipping will be paid for you and replacement parts will be shipped to you with no charge. A shipping charge may apply for other areas. If you are purchasing device outside South Korea from Fastpong website or official distributor you can send your device to the nearest Fastpong distributor to your location or through discussion with our technical support, we may send you the replacement part free of charge and guide you through replacing the malfunctioning part.

For hardware defects in the second and third year, replacement parts will be sold at a reduced price and shipping fees will be applied, the serial number of the device will be required. After the third year we will still sell replacements parts but cannot guarantee their availability. This warranty is not transferable and does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage caused by improper handling, installation, or use. This warranty is void if the product is in any way abused, damaged, or modified from its original state.

Please note that your first port of call for technical problems should be the support forum. We will continue to provide technical support for the lifetime of the product. While we cannot guarantee the availability of the parts outside of the warranty period, we greatly value our customers, your level of satisfaction with our products and our reputation for providing great customer support and will always try to help you solve the issue no matter how old your device.
