Fastpong Takes Fifth Place at K-Startup Grand Challenge 2021

Fastpong earned fifth place at the K-Startup Grand Challenge 2021, receiving an award in a programme that attracted thousands of startup applicants from around the world.

The K-Startup Grand Challenge supports international startups developing their businesses in South Korea. For Fastpong, placing among the leading teams was an important early milestone, bringing recognition to our work in interactive table tennis training technology.

Our ambition was to make practice more engaging and measurable: combining physical training equipment with digital feedback to help players understand their performance and enjoy the process of improving.

The award recognised Fastpong at an early stage in its development, before the international competition appearances and university collaborations that followed. It forms an important part of our history as a sports technology company built in South Korea with an international outlook.
