Table Tennis Robot Buying Guide: Avoid An Expensive Mistake

When we launched the first version of Fastpong, one question came up again and again:

We had plenty of experience with different robots. At exhibitions and demonstrations, we often had to use whatever was available, so over the years we tried many different systems.

The problem with traditional robot training

Table tennis robots are great for repetitive practice, but configuring more realistic exercises can quickly become complicated.

  • a ball for a backhand push

Each ball may need a different placement, speed and spin.

Many table tennis robots can't produce a sequence like this at all. Those that can often require considerable programming and setup before you can start training.
